Your daily tasks would be: Development (75%) Code Review (10%) Architectural Design (10%) Meetings (5%)
Team Collaboration: Work closely and coordinate the 5-person development team, including senior and junior developers.
Planning & 1-on-1s: Participate in weekly operational 1-on-1s and planning sessions to track progress and align them with your team’s goals.
